What You'll Do
• Recruit and build relationships with nursing and ancillary healthcare professionals
• Source candidates through networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and outreach efforts
• Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Partner with internal team members to understand staffing needs and match candidates appropriately
• Create a positive candidate experience from first contact through placement
• Build long-term relationships and become a trusted resource for healthcare professionals
What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience required.
• Ideally located in the state of Iowa, or the Midwest, but not a requirement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and growth mindset
• Passion for helping people succeed
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission with strong earning potential and an opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding organization.
