About the Position
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.
EMR - EPIC
OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x
NBO: 8 hrs
OT billing:
--- if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs
--- if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs
Deliveries per month: 160-180
High Risk Deliveries – Sioux City is in a location where they have a very high risk patient population. Large population of non-English speaking patients.
We need them to have excellent clinical skills because we don’t have a physician on site 24/7 so our nurses do a lot of triage and assessments prior to the physician seeing them. We would also like them to have experience with larger high volume delivery centers.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of current peds experience
PALS (AHA) required
Adult experience encouraged as they will be working Pediatric/Adult observation unit
