Local Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate
NBO: 16 hrs
EMR: EPIC
OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
On Call: $9/hr
Charge/Precept: $6/hr
Billable OT:
36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Unit Details:
Patient Types: Peds Hem/Onc, Med Surg and All Pediatric specialties
may float across NICU/B3 gen floor/PICU
Ratios: 1:2-4
Bed Size: 14
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Pediatric experience within previous 18 months [required]
Hematology / Oncology experience [required]
must be willing to float to ED to care for Inpatient holds
EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 12 months [required]
No 1st time travelers, must have at completed '1' travel contract within previous 18 months
APHON / Association of Pediatric Hematology / Oncology Nurses [required]
